All the staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. Receiption is very quick and helpful. always smiling.

Staff was friendly and efficient, and checked us in very quickly. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, and luxurious. The room was clean, and quite large, the bed was comfortable and pristine, the bathroom was not slippery and had a gorgeous waterfall shower head. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Would reccomended again and again. (USA. unmarried couple)

I had an excellent stay at Divan Hotel Erbil. From the moment we arrived, the staff were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel reflects high standards and quality service.What truly stood out during our stay was how the hotel handled a medical emergency we experienced. The staff reacted immediately, arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel, and provided us with the necessary medicine without delay. Their calm, caring, and efficient response gave us great peace of mind and showed genuine concern for their guests’ well-being.This level of service goes far beyond expectations and speaks volumes about the hotel’s management and staff training. I highly recommend Divan Hotel Erbil for anyone looking for comfort, safety, and exceptional hospitality. I would definitely stay here again.

One minor incident occurred during check-out. I waited my turn at the front desk and had already started my check-out process when another guest interrupted. Unfortunately, the clerk assisted the other guest before finishing with me. I chose not to make an issue of it at the time out of respect, but I believe better queue management and attention would improve the overall guest experience.

I read somewhere on Booking.com there’s option for bicycle rental so I clicked on it but when I came to the facility, there wasn’t such a thing.

The access take watered security measure , situation in Iraq is way better than before and they keep the same complexity.They need to put enough water in the room , it cost nothing.

Everything was perfect. The location was excellent, and the staff were very professional. The cleanliness was also excellent.

Too much security checks, it’s not very comfortable to inspect guests every in and out!

This was an excellent hotel! The rooms were spacious, bright and very modern. The bathroom was large and there was lots of hot water. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was sparkling clean! There is a very nice spa with a steam room, sauna and pool - but these are segregated rooms for men and women. My husband had a massage which was great! Overall, we had a wonderful stay - thank you to all the staff!

There was limited choice of restaurants- there was a buffet restaurant for breakfast but no casual cafe to just have coffee and pastries in the morning. The rates for doing laundry was very high.

I really loved the staff — they were incredibly kind, generous, and always ready to assist. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety, and the sushi restaurant on the rooftop was absolutely amazing.

Everything thing was perfect especially the reception staff Mr nibras and Mrs Rima and Mr Mohammed And the valley workers were very helpful and professional

A simple note: The electricity points are few, their locations are limited, they are old, and they are not suitable for many electrical devices and chargers. The lighting is old and needs to be replaced. Other than that, the hotel is very, very wonderful.

Some more cleaning needs to be done on the curtains and windows. They were very dirty.TV remote was not working
